Made this piece for a Cat Lady friend of mine. She is an avid supporter of various Animal Rescue organizations. Also an artist she specializes in painting on slates, donating 25% to the Rescues. She herself has a number of Blind Cats that she has rescued and at a recent artist exhibit, expressed a want for a comical Blind Cat. This is my result. The animal world is much better off having the likes of her on their side.

Of basswood measuring 3 X 5 X 2.5 inches, woodburned fur and acrylic paints. Always fun to do a piece for a well deserved lady.
