    Greg,
Good job of carving. Carving gnome homes can be addictive. I break from doing them once in a while and always go back to them 'cause they are so much fun to do. Keep up the good work!

    Thanks Coffeeman, Kenny_S and Nancy_G.

I love carving cottonwood bark. Wish I had a good free source for the wood :>( But what the heck.

Again, thank you for the nice words.

Greg, Looks like it was a big project but you "got ur done". I agree your pictures are not really showing us the specific details. I know the effort though, currently working on my first cottonwood gnome home and it is very time consuming project, however, its been alot of fun too, and a change of pace from carving eyes, nose, and mouths all the time.

Thanks for sharing and I'm sure they'll appreciate your fine gift. Bill

New Gnome Home for the Holidays :>)

Hi, worked through the holidays completing multiple carvings for gifts. Finished this one tonight for my wife. Cottonwood bark 20" tall 5" wide and 2 1/2" thick. Pictures are not great but that is what I get taking them at night in the house. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
