Re: Been Baking instead of Carving

Say Al, I have an ideal, wood craft for one sales "tenion" cutters, i have a set, the largest is two inches, i think will have to look, they are for log funiture and stair railings, one can take a lodge pole pine limb and cut a tenion in the end of it and drill a hole in the horizonal rail for a rail around a deck or a bed head board or maybe a stair rair, just a thought, i know they go to 11/2 but i'm sure you can get them to 2 inches, the good individuals cutters are a bit spendy but probably worth it.............

Thanks for the compliments, folks! These have really been fun to make. We'll bring the cupcake tin down next time we visit.....hopefully soon.

Virgil, I found a supplier of those large dowells and hundreds of other wood toy parts. They said there was an $8 shipping and handling charge, but they only charged the actual postage......geeze, how many outfits are there like that around. Oh, Radio Schack shipped that new transformer for my burner at actual postage, too, so I guess there are a few.
