  • Dragon egg

Here is my version of a dragon egg, my grandsons like dragons and my daughter and I like game of thrones I drew where I wanted the scales and veins then burned them in and painted them red, In some areas I used glow in the dark and black light ink. I have one more huge egg like that left I haven't done anything with it yet but I will. The last 2 pics you can see the glow.

Nice steady hand burning those, Shawna. Great looking eggs and I'm sure they will be appreciated as gifts. The glow in the dark option is a nice addition.

Very nice Shawna, the kids must really love those. I know I do. Neat idea.
If I took the time to fix all my mistakes, I wouldn,t have time to make new ones.

Great take and implementation of a theme Shawna. That glow-in-the-dark paint is very appealing on these.

Thank you Bill, I tried not to over do it with the egg, the invisible ink still glows too.

                      LoL Thank you JoeB .

                      Thank you Merle.

Thank you Tom Ellis, they do like them and now they want an egg with a dragon head sticking out of it, LoL I tell them I need time to figure out how to do that so it doesn't look boring.

Hi Joe Paul, it still glows strong it's invisible black light ink, it's been a year since I made that, I use that and sometimes florescent powder in my paintings on a multi media pad or canvas.

Thank you Bob K, it was fun figuring out what to do and then seeing it on the wood.

Thank you Sappy, I like your bunny profile pic.

Thank you Tinwood, I carved a smaller egg and when it was finished, I thought oh no I over did it, so I purposely held back on this one.
