  • Team work, hand carved and wood burned owl.

Hi, Ya All! I haven't posted much lately been busy with other things but would rather be burning and carving. But I have done some burning but it has been for a friend. She had a few pieces she had carved and asked if I could burn the details. I said well probably depends on what it is. So this is one of the pieces. It was a fun little project. Haven't gotten any pics of the others pieces yet when I do I will post them too. Thanks for letting me share. Blessings!

      Hi Tina,

Very nice indeed! That burning must have taken you a while to do but you did a nice job on it.

It's so cute, Tina. Thanks for sharing that. Was it hard to burn on a curved surface like that?

            Thanks everyone!

Pol, it wasn't hard to burn but it was hard to hold. I have arthritis and usually burning doesn't bother me at all but it did for the first time on this piece cause of how I had to hold it. So I just had to take more breaks than I usually do. And that was hard cause once I start burning I get so enthralled I lose track of time and don't like to stop much. Only for a drink once in awhile and then the potty. LOL!
