    Caricatures on a stick. A couple more of Malc Spour creations. I thought abot putting these under "Caricature carvings". Fun sticks.

            Not just the foxes, but the designs on the canes as well, beautiful work, thank you for showing us. It looks like the heads are part of the stick, not added...is that what others see? Or do you think they where added at the neck line?

              Hi Randy, His Detailing and Painting Really bring the Foxes to Life , Truly an Artist. I think I read that it only takes him a couple of Days to do his Carvings. Not only Good but Fast. Merle

                    Hi Sappy, They most likely are. Most all his sticks are hazel , and he uses a sapling with a root ball or fines sticks that are coming off a larger limb giving him a carve able top. You can communicate with him on his web site he is very helpful .

                          Thank you Randy, I didn't find them on his website. He is fantastic, His dogs look so good on all the breeds.

                            Guess he has not had time to post those on his site. Above I shared he did much of his work with hazel. But he does use line wood toppers also (like Basswood) not sure about these. I am always looking for a goal to reach. Getting near his skill level is now one of them.
