  • Stick making tips

This is a YouTube I found very helpful for holding a stick. And for centering a hole in the top of a shank or staff for mounting topper. Accessories are things that can be easily made. The stick vise uses a section of inter tube I think as a holding band. That is not clear in his presintation. Centering a hole is not easy at times ,his jig for doing that works well I have made 5 different sizes. I made the sander to square up the top of the stick using some 2" long 1" dowles then drilled a 5/16" hole though them and epoxied different size 5/16th washers on one end that I attach self adhesive sandpaper to.
