I feel some obligation to put all my edges away. I'm concerned that my cat will jump up on the bench and
land on the edge of an adze. Those are carving sharp like everything else. Some have masks, some don't.

Yup! Got one of them too and they are always curious enough to jump up to see what's going on. Luckily she doesn't take much interest in either of the work benches so I'm thankful.
I'll still put anything dangerous away though.
