    I got some of these to use in my OLFA 9mm utility knife, sweeeet! great of the final clean up of the details

    I'm assuming, Joe, that the 30 degrees is the skew angle of the blade, not the bevel.

        Watch the points. The last thing you need is to snap off the least tiny bit of steel and then hit that with a conventional and expensive gouge. Typical surgical scalpel blades are bad for that. I used to blunt them to begin with. Scalpels were my first carving tools.
