Is this the site you're looking for? : Wood Carving Knives - Occtools

BTW: The word "sow" refers to planting seeds or a mother pig.

I have been told that Mike Shipley might have some health issues and also that an assistant may have quit. That is probably affecting availability.

While OCCT doesn't sell directly, they do have an extensive list of organizations that do. I'll admit that a number of shops show out of stock but I still was able to locate a source for some knives. Keep trying!

I checked out this site: https://occtools.com/where-to-buy/ I didn't go to each place, but the Klingspor's woodworking site lists them and does not say they are out of stock.

I emailed OCC. The reply said Mike Shipley is the only one making the knives at this time. They lost what help they had and were doing the best they could to meet demand but it will take time.

I was looking at some pattern on the Hummul carving web site. I saw they still have some OCC knive, looked like mostly smaller blades. They also have some OCC (blades only) and still have a few of thier palm tools. They are marked if sold out. there are a number of pages.
