Dennis, the smaller the # down the sharper the Vs going to be, the actually "V" would be approx. a 45 deg. V, a 100 deg. is almost a "L" shape, I agree a 45 Deg. is more of a useful V tool to me.Hope this helps.Remember a Ramelson normally doesn't come sharpened, and a Drake does, that helps me allot when making my decision.
