    Stihl is pretty much#1 for gas models. Husqvarna if you can get good parts and service locally.
    Have no experience with electric, but Stihl makes electric and get good reviews.

  • Congrats on your set of 3 of flex cuts, good knives and they do get sharp. Sharpness is the key to success.
    I have a bunch of the knives mentioned above and a few more, love em all.
    The point I would like to make is a nod towards the Mora knives.

    Hope Just Carving is still looking for these patterns. This guy has just been laying around my bench, almost threw him away. I carved him when the issue came out.
    If you look close you can see where his bindle is supposed to be, drill through his hand and use 3-4 inch piece of wood and it helps...
