Hey Joe , good job on the knife. I have made a few knives from old thin hand saw blades. I found that holes can be punched instead of drilled in thin hard metal. I made a punch out of an old nail set. Give it a try. Keep up the good work and have fun.

It also works good on small cuts and nicks on my hands. I'm a locksmith by trade and I get a lot of nicks and scrapes on my hands on the job. I have been using it for years instead of bandaids. Thanks Dave. I started building one several years ago and never finished. I'm retired now and you have inspired me to blow the dust off and finish it. We have a small group that meets and carves once a week at the church. My plan is to take it to the meetings so anyone can use it to touch up a knife....
