Very nice carving Eddie with great use of the sapwood for the bill and tail. I really like that red cedar, it has an almost total red heart, most red cedar I get has a lot of light bands in the center unless it's been down a long time so the red blends...

Christmas Cards
My Nephew gave me some canvas for Christmas so I made a few Cards for next year
using things that I had and the on line cards at WalMart, real easy.

I still struggle with eyes.
After roughing out the head I do the eyes first and always have a little extra wood on the back of the head and neck just incase I mess them up.

Something a little different
