i got to go another way than butain flame (crack torch) and rosin solder... i just burned the foil up.. ill try a soldering iron if & when i find it... or jb weld?

nice knives! great choice in the way you recycled the bow riser for the handles,

my nephew makes recurve bows, they soak the wood, steam bend it in place, then place it into air clamps on custom shaped riser jigs, the epoxy based adhesive...

decided to find some copper foil/sheet at hobby lobby, and try my hand at a moonshine still, just hope i can figure out how to go about it so it looks right,
sheets of thicknesses vary hope they solder well

i just use a bbq apron, one with the pockets across the bottom i cut out the separating stitches for one big pocket,
works great to catch the chips while im 4 hours 3 days a week at dialysis, or dr appointments, and catches tools...

I have to express that i have been pretty worthless of a contributor to this hillbilly carve folks, the subject matter is my favorite, but with these health issues i have.
i only occupy a carving cognizant mind only occasionally, in the last year ive lost so much...
