Thanks for the compliments , I like to do carvings like this . Just got hold of some brown cypress will be a while before I can start doing some carvings with them .

Thanks for the comments , I use acrylic paints like the ones sold at Wal Mart or Hobby Lobby . I stopped using the tube paint because sometimes I use the airbrush but for now my compressor is out .. As far as the technique I use hand brushes and just slap on the paint until I get it the way I want it...

Thank you'll for the comments and Soggy I know it is lots of pictures but I like to show people the work of lots of talented carvings . My website is the only one that I know of that has as many carving shows listed in one place . Thanks to the many Carving Clubs and carvers that attend these shows...
