Thank you Kathy,and Tinwood,its bass wood,and yes its for a deck or patio,or garden,and no I never put any thing on them,they age very well with weather,but i was thinking of putting a light stain on him.

Wanted to try something different with this carving,so I carved out be hind the beard,I am really happy with the way it turned out,.
