Stunning! I love how the centered washed green color brings out the natural color of the owl. Just great any way that you look at it. And the bent-over tree top sorta tops it off with a little grin. Nice work!

Good article today on chainsaw sculptor Andrew Frost who specializes in carving massive sized trees. "The timber I used (on one project) weighed ten tonnes, was 4 ft wide and about 80 ft long. It was a piece of oak that was about 400 years old."
